You can store information about any kind of entity (e.g. Sample or Experiment) using the generic data loader. The loader also automatically supports custom tables.
This data loader is linked very closely to the database structure and, therefore, will often be a little harder to use than a customized loader and provide less validation. It does, however, provide great flexibility and requires less customization.
There are several example files:
- Plate with Samples
- Samples (TODO)
- Lookup compound by name
- Save custom values in attributes
- Include tags
